Hylut
is a solo project by Lithuanian artist and musician Marija Jociūtė. Through processes of deconstruction, manipulation, and recontextualization of various types of data and sound sources, she explores the potential of auditory and narrative story telling. Hylut weaves together sounds of synthesizers, pulses of rhythm machines, digital elements as well as her own voice to create organically morphing sound compositions.
